Clark County fees are paid in advance on your behalf by Dust Permit Express. Their current fees are:

Dust Control Permits  $140.00 per acre

Dust Control Permits w/CAO*  $210.00 per acre

Modification /Transfer of a Dust Control Permit $ 31.70

Blasting    $129.00

Dust Control Class   $ 38.10

Dust Monitor Class (for projects over 50 acres) $500.00

*CAO is a Corrective Action Order - These are issued by an Enforcement Officer for starting a project without a Dust Control Permit or if there is inadequate acreage denoted on the current Dust Control Permit.
 

Storm Water Permit Fees

NOI (Notice of Intent)           - $450.00
SWPP (Storm Water Prevention Plan) - $1050.00 (one book)
for an additional $200.00 we will post the plan on your site and supply additional copies of the Plan
 Closure of SWPP - FREE
 Consulting Fee - $75.00 per hour  (safety training, overview of job)

Storm Water Pollution Prevention Services and Fees

SWPPP weekly inspections and maintenance start at $400.00 a month
Inspections include Air Quality regulations  Call for quote

Street sweeping, water truck and BMP’s  Call for package pricing
